PHIL METZGER is the director and pastor of Calvary Chapel Reaching Europe. In addition, he is the pastor of Calvary Chapel Budapest, Hungary. He oversees Calvary church plants throughout Eastern Europe, Ethiopia, and Nigeria. Phil is originally from Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa where he served in the youth ministry. He served as a missionary in Moscow, an assistant pastor at a new church plant in Esztergom, Hungary, and then planted and pastored two Calvary Chapels in Kaposvár and Sárbogárd, Hungary. PAUL LANGE is the director of the Bible College. Paul’s home church is Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa. In 1991 he and his wife left California to serve in Baja, Hungary for five and half years before heading to Austria in the fall of 1997 to work with the Bible College. There he served for almost five years helping to teach people about the missionary life and calling. In 2002 Paul and his family moved with the Bible college to Vajta Hungary where they continue the discipleship ministry. Paul and his wife Jeanette and they have three children: Sierra, Sean and Jake.

MARK WALSH is one of the teachers, aids in the administration, and leads worship for the Bible College. Mark comes from Bradford England where he served in worship ministry with Church on the Way, a Calvary Chapel affiliate, for many years. He and his family came to be a part of the Bible College team in 1998. His desire is to train people in discipleship. JEREMY FOSTER teaches at the Bible College and oversees the conference ministry at the Kastély. Jeremy and his wife Christi are both from California and have four wonderful children (Ian, Leah, Kara, and Mikayla) and two (not quite so wonderful) dogs (Lola and Daisy).
Jeremy graduated from CCBCE in 1997, taught at CCBCE for a semester in 1998, and then spent a few years in the States working a retail job and serving at Calvary Chapel Vineland, New Jersey. There, both Jeremy and Christi served in various roles including Christi leading worship and Jeremy teaching at the CCBC extension campus at the church. ARPAD HORVAT-KAVAI is the operational and financial overseer of the facility, so he is involved in several different aspects of the ministry at CCBCE. He teaches classes at CCBCE and at CCA - a school for missionary children. Arpad was a pastor of the Calvary Chapel in Pecs (Hungary) for a bit more than seven years and he has been teaching at CCBCE since 2002.
