What to Expect - Classes

Expect to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Each class is a Bible study. Expect the classes to speak to your heart. You will leave here with a new understanding and new relationship with the Lord.

Expect approximately one hour of class time per credit per week and two hours homework, per class per week (varies widely). Each class session is between 1 ½ to 3 hours long and class sizes are from 10 to 60.

The Missions Training Program is academic as well as practical service. Be prepared for study and homework.

Classes are held in the Chapel, Pillar Room and Corner Classrooms. The classes start at 8:20am with morning devotions and the last class is usually over by 4:00pm.

The first two school days are for registration and orientation. At that time you will receive your schedule.

3.  Student Library (which contains 11 computers, a printer for student use and several laptop stations for printing directly from your laptop)

Our Instructors:
PASTOR JEREMY FOSTER, In 1997, Jeremy was in the first graduating class of CCBCE, began teaching at CCBCE in 1998, and moved to New Jersey later that year. In New Jersey, Jeremy served in various roles including teaching at the CCBC extension campus at Calvary Chapel Vineland. The Fosters returned to the ministry in Europe in 2004.

PASTOR ÁRPI HORVÁTH KÁVAY, Árpi was the Pastor of Calvary Chapel Péc for 7 years. Arpi has been teaching here for 4 years now. He was a student of CCBCE in Austria for the years 1998-1999.

PASTOR MARK WALSH, Mark comes from Bradford England where he served in worship ministry with Church on the Way, a Calvary Chapel affiliate, for many years. He and his family came to be a part of the Bible College team in 1998. His desire is to train people in discipleship. Mark’s wife is Gwyn and they have two children: Jordan and Rebekah.

PASTOR PAUL LANGE, Paul’s home church is Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa. In 1991 he and his wife left California to serve in Baja, Hungary for five and half years before heading to Austria in the fall of 1997 to work with the Bible College. There he served for almost five years helping to teach people about the missionary life and calling. In 2002 Paul and his family moved with the Bible college to Vajta Hungary where they continue the discipleship ministry. Paul and his wife Jeanette and they have three children: Sierra, Sean and Jake.

PASTOR PHIL METZGER. Phil is originally from Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa where he served in the youth ministry. He planted and pastored the Calvary Chapel in Kaposvar, Hungary. Phil and his wife Joy have four children: Niki, Karina, Judah and Hannah.
