Vajta is in the central plain of Hungary, due south of Budapest and to the east of Lake Balaton. Vajta is a small town of less than 1200 people and doesn't appear on most maps. The nearest city is Szekesferhervar, and the nearest airport is in Budapest. There is a nine hour time difference from the West Coast of the U S and a six hour difference from the East Coast of the US.



CCBCE is operated in the building called Zichy Kastely. It is a refurbished historic summer palace set in 40 acres. It has beautifully restored rooms together with modern facilities for over 300 people. The site is remote, but contains a coffee shop, capaccino bar, book store, basketball court, volley ball court, swimming pool, weight room, pool table, soccer field, ping pong table, and walking trails. The weather will be warm to hot, going over 100F in August and cold in the winter, to below freezing. There may be occasional rainstorms too. There is plenty of space to get alone with God, as well as a great sanctuary for group worship.
